Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in applying for credit loans and ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
- Meet monthly sales targets by promoting loan applications.
- Handle collections by following company protocols to ensure timely loan repayments, including contacting delinquent customers and arranging payment plans.
- Maintain office organization, including accurate customer record updates and a professional workspace.
- Provide respectful and helpful customer service.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Diploma or Certificate in Micro Lending Frontline Service at NQF Level 3.
- Mathematical Literacy proficiency.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the microfinance industry or related customer service/sales roles.
