Huntswood, a company specializing in customer experience solutions, is hiring seasonal Customer Service Advisors for a 4-month contract. This role is based in Cape Town, Western Cape, and offers a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Advisor, your main job will be to provide excellent support to customers through different channels. You will handle inquiries and resolve issues using webchat, phone calls, and emails. Your role includes taking ownership of customer problems, finding solutions, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

To qualify for this role, you need to have completed Matric or have an equivalent qualification at NQF Level 4. A clean criminal and credit record is required. You should be comfortable using computers and have at least six months of experience in a call center or related customer service role. Experience working in a multichannel environment (phone, chat, and emails) is essential. A basic understanding of the US market is preferred.

You will earn a base salary of R8,000 per month, plus a night shift allowance of R2,500 and an attendance bonus. Completing the contract successfully will also earn you a R5,000 bonus. The role offers rotational night shifts, typically between 1 PM and 8 AM, and provides exposure to a global work environment.
