This job is for a Service Supervisor at MORE Collection, a hospitality company based in Thabazimbi, Limpopo. You will oversee service operations to ensure guests have a high-quality experience while managing staff and maintaining service standards. You will create special drinks, coordinate kitchen and service teams, handle guest complaints, and maintain stock levels. Additional duties include managing the POS system, tracking popular drinks, maintaining equipment, and planning beverage orders. Requirements include experience in luxury hospitality (food and beverage service), knowledge of wines and drinks, food preparation, stock control, equipment operation, hygiene practices, and budgeting. Mid-senior experience is preferred.
