Huntswood, a company that provides customer support services, is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their Tax Support Team in Cape Town, Western Cape. This is a 3-month contract role where you will assist customers with tax-related questions and help them use digital tools. As a Customer Service Advisor, your main job will be to help customers with their questions and issues. You will handle calls, emails, and chats to provide support for tax services and digital applications. Key tasks include answering general questions about accounts, solving common problems, and guiding customers through online tools. You will also document important details about each customer interaction to help with future support.

To apply, you need at least Matric (Grade 12) or an NQF Level 4 qualification, a clean criminal and credit record, and basic computer skills. Some experience in a call center or customer service role, especially in finance or multichannel environments, is required. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.

This job offers night shift hours (1 PM to 8 AM) with a base salary of R8,000.00 per month, plus a R2,500.00 night shift allowance and attendance bonus. A R5,000 completion bonus is available upon successful contract completion. The role is on-site in Cape Town and provides global exposure opportunities.
