What the job is: This job is for a Supervisor to lead Bidvest Prestige’s Projects Roving Team in the carpet cleaning industry. You will be based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, and your role is to manage a team of cleaning professionals who travel to different client sites to deliver high-quality carpet cleaning services. Your work will help ensure that all projects meet company standards and customer expectations.

What you will do: You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day work of the carpet cleaning team, ensuring they follow company rules and meet client needs. This includes planning and organizing team assignments, training and evaluating team members, and handling customer feedback. You will also ensure proper cleaning methods and safety rules are followed, manage supplies and equipment, and write performance reports.

What you need: Experience as a supervisor in cleaning or facilities management, strong team management and organizational skills, clear communication, and a valid driver’s license. Carpet cleaning certification or first-aid training is a plus.
