This job is for a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Coordinator at SACAP’s Johannesburg campus. SACAP is a well-known college offering psychology, counselling, human resources, business management, and social work courses. The role is full-time and based in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

You will help students connect their studies with real-world experience by organizing and supervising work placements and projects. This includes guiding students through their WIL journey, from start to finish, and ensuring they receive the necessary support to succeed. You will also work closely with industry and community partners to find suitable placement opportunities.

You will monitor students’ progress during placements, provide feedback, and ensure all WIL activities comply with SACAP, professional bodies, and quality assurance standards. Additionally, you will assist students in developing professional skills for their chosen fields.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Psychology or equivalent (e.g., Bachelor of Social Science Honours in Psychology).
- Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) for at least 3 years.
- 2+ years of experience in WIL coordination, student support, or academic supervision.
- Experience managing placements, coordinating programs, and working in higher education.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., learning management systems, Microsoft Office).
