Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in UAE construction, particularly in roads, highways, and civil infrastructure projects. Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and UAE tender processes is highly beneficial.
