This is a full-time HR Manager position at Erongo Marine Enterprises (Pty) Ltd, a Namibian fishing company based in Walvis Bay. The company focuses on sustainable fishing, particularly in the Horse Mackerel fishery, and is committed to socio-economic development in the region. The HR Manager will lead human resources efforts, including recruitment, payroll, employee benefits, performance reviews, disciplinary processes, and compliance with Namibian labor laws. Responsibilities also include crew work permits, visas, statutory reporting, HR records, payroll submissions, and employee training programs. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field, with at least 5 years of HR experience. Proficiency in SAP HCM and Microsoft Office is required.
