This job is for a Financial Wellness Unit Manager at Bayport Financial Services, based in Centurion, Pretoria. You will lead a team and ensure the smooth operation of the Financial Wellness Unit. The role is a contract position, meaning it is temporary and not permanent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans for problem-solving, marketing, and promotions to drive unit growth.
- Ensure all team members (agents) perform well and meet targets to achieve business goals.
- Act as a bridge between the branch manager and agents, fostering effective collaboration.
- Monitor team performance and provide support, training, and guidance to improve underperforming agents.
- Ensure high-quality customer service that meets company standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum Matric certificate or equivalent qualification at NQF Level 4.
- Preferred: Certificate/diploma in sales, marketing, or management, or 1+ years of sales experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a management or team leader role.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience in direct marketing is advantageous.
