Praesignis (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Senior Financial Officer specializing in Private Wealth to join a banking client in Sandton, Gauteng. The role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support business decisions. Key responsibilities include preparing monthly financial reports, analyzing trends, and advising stakeholders on profitability. You will also manage annual budgets, three-year plans, and quarterly forecasts while aligning regional business plans with company strategy. Additional duties include operational updates, training stakeholders, monitoring staff costs, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate holds an Advanced Diploma or National First Degree (NQF Level 7), preferably a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Accounting, with 3-5 years of experience in financial management within financial services. Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and knowledge of banking procedures are required. This is a 6-month contract position based on-site in Sandton, Gauteng.
