This is a full-time Team Leader position at Fidelity Services Group’s Aliwal North branch, part of the Fidelity Cash Solutions division. You will work under the Branch Manager or Operations Manager to ensure smooth and secure Cash in Transit (CIT) operations. Responsibilities include managing daily tasks, maintaining security protocols, and supporting the team in a fast-paced environment. Key duties involve overseeing the CIT vehicle, reporting mechanical issues, assisting with operational tasks, and ensuring cash security during transit. Must have a clear criminal record, PSIRA accreditation (Grade C), CIT certificate, firearm competency, and 3+ years of security experience.
