The Lead People Partner will act as the primary advisor on employee-related matters, aligning people strategies with business goals. Responsibilities include handling disciplinary matters, managing incapacity cases, and representing the company at the CCMA. The role also involves improving employment policies, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning. You will lead employee engagement initiatives, analyze absence/turnover trends, and manage HR projects. Experience in HR Business Partnering, employment equity, and labor law compliance is required. A tertiary qualification in Human Resources is preferred.
