This is a full-time Trainee Manager position at Dis-Chem Pharmacies Limited in the Crescent Corner store located in Emalahleni, Mpumalanga. You will work under the guidance of a store manager to learn how to run a retail pharmacy store. The role is designed to help you gain experience in managing all aspects of a pharmacy store while completing a training program.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day store operations including stock management, pricing, and customer service.
- Support ordering, stock checks, and promotions.
- Handle cash operations, sales reconciliation, and expense monitoring.
- Manage staff schedules, customer complaints, and HR tasks.
- Participate in training programs and workshops.

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- 1-2 years of retail experience (preferably in stock management, cash handling, or customer service).
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
- Willingness to work retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
- Clean criminal record and good credit history.
