**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant and takeaway service
- Ensure food quality meets Pedros Chicken’s high standards
- Manage stock control, purchasing, and orders
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Maximize profitability by meeting sales and gross profit targets
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve goals
- Conduct daily opening and closing procedures
- Lead marketing activities to promote the store
- Oversee staff training, recruitment, and performance evaluations

**Requirements:**
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurant or fast-food service management
- Strong management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work well in a team
