This job is for a Product Owner at Pedros, a well-known restaurant company. You will be based in Newlands East, KwaZulu-Natal. The role involves managing and delivering technology products that support Pedros’ digital ordering, kiosks, loyalty programs, internal tools, store operations, and payment systems.

Key responsibilities include managing the product backlog, turning business needs into clear user stories, collaborating with technical teams and vendors, and ensuring smooth releases. You will also train store managers, gather feedback, and improve future releases.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in technology, retail, or QSR.
- Understanding of agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and task management tools.
- Strong writing skills for user stories and requirements.
- Knowledge of POS systems, digital ordering, payments, or integrations is a plus.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams and use AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Comfortable with data analysis using reporting tools or basic SQL.
