Responsibilities include managing all nursing operations, ensuring high-quality rehabilitation services, supervising a team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Care Workers, Stock Controllers, and Ward Admin Support, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate must be registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse, have experience managing a ward with more than 25 beds, and demonstrate a passion for physical rehabilitation and nursing ethics.
