Dis-Chem Pharmacies is looking for a Trainee Store Manager to work in their Secunda store. This is a permanent position where you will learn how to manage a retail pharmacy store under the guidance of an experienced store manager. The role involves handling various tasks related to store operations, customer service, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist with day-to-day store operations, including stock management, pricing, and inventory counts.
- Assist in ordering stock and managing promotions to attract customers.
- Work with the store manager to meet sales targets in FMCG, health, and beauty products.
- Handle customer complaints, manage the loyalty program, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Assist with HR tasks like staff scheduling, leave requests, and training.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and complete assessments to develop skills.

Requirements:
- Completed Matric (Grade 12).
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in store management tasks.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
- Willingness to work retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
