Dis-Chem Pharmacies is looking for a qualified Clinic Nurse Practitioner to work at their clinic in Die Boord, Stellenbosch. This role involves managing and running a primary healthcare clinic inside a pharmacy, providing essential health services to the community. Responsibilities include managing patient flow, ensuring clinic services (consultations, vaccinations, family planning) are available, maintaining accurate patient records, processing medical aid claims, and managing clinic equipment and supplies. Strong relationships with patients, pharmacy staff, medical aid companies, and healthcare providers are essential. Administrative tasks include managing clinic finances and analyzing monthly statistics. Qualifications: Grade 12 (Matric), tertiary qualification in General Nursing, degree/diploma in Midwifery, SANC registration, and BHF registration. Experience: 2-3 years as a Primary Health Care Clinic Sister. Computer skills (Microsoft Office) and knowledge of patient record systems (CKS, Allegra) are advantageous. Must have strong community health nursing, primary healthcare, and communication skills. Part-time position with market-related salary, retail hours, and requirement for a valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
