Key responsibilities include advising on FAIS Act, FICA, POPIA, FSRA, and insurance laws; updating company policies; conducting risk-based assessments; and managing compliance plans across TWK Insurance Group's businesses. The position also involves fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and collaboration with internal/external teams to enhance compliance processes. Requirements include a Matric certificate, a bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field, 10+ years of compliance experience (5+ in senior roles), and FSCA approval for Category I financial services providers.
