This is a permanent night shift job at Amrod, a company based in Woodmead, Gauteng. The role is called Pad Packer and involves preparing, checking, and packing orders to maintain smooth, safe, and efficient production. The work is fast-paced and requires attention to detail to meet production goals.

Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting and preparing orders from the warehouse
- Packing/unpacking boxes carefully
- Ensuring products meet quality standards
- Reporting issues to supervisors
- Supporting other departments as needed
- Meeting production targets while maintaining quality
- Following safety protocols and reporting concerns
- Keeping the workspace clean and organized

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar packing role
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in Screen department packing is advantageous
- Ability to work well under pressure, independently, and in a team
- Flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Safety awareness and good work ethic
