You will manage and maintain a specific area of the telecommunications network to ensure smooth operations, quality standards, and support for internal/external teams. Responsibilities include overseeing network activities, ensuring <0.5% installation failures, and maintaining network readiness for current/future orders. You will conduct regular maintenance, resolve subscriber issues (targeting 87.5% resolution rate), lead a team, and manage equipment/financial records. Qualifications require a Matric certificate (technical tertiary education preferred) and 4+ years of team leadership experience.
