This role involves handling shipments, processing documents (LCTs, GRVs), managing stock orders, and maintaining inventory records. Key responsibilities include order processing, inventory management, customer service, and communication with stakeholders like Apple, logistics partners, and service centers. The ideal candidate has a Matric certificate, experience in sales/administration, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with supply chain operations. Experience with ERP systems (Syspro, GSX) and import/export processes is advantageous.
