We are looking for an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our hotel in Rustenburg, North West. Orion Hotels & Resorts is hiring someone with strong leadership skills to manage all aspects of the hotel’s daily operations and ensure guests have a great experience.

As the Hotel General Manager, you will oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and guest relations. You will lead a team of staff, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and delivering excellent service. Responsibilities include managing budgets, handling finances, promoting hotel services, and addressing guest complaints. Collaboration with the marketing team to boost bookings and maintain a strong reputation is also key.

Requirements include at least 10 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager, a relevant qualification in hospitality management, and a Matric certificate. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. This is a live-in position requiring relocation to Rustenburg.
