What you will do: Increase sales through customer service, manage inventory, run promotions, and ensure store appeal. Reduce stock loss by preventing theft and handling cash securely. Control costs by optimizing store operations. Follow company policies for payroll, paperwork, and reporting. Train and support the team to meet performance standards. Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards. What you need: Completed Grade 12 (Matric). Strong English communication skills. Preferred: Degree/diploma in business or retail, 1-2 years of retail leadership experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
