We are looking for an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our hotel in Rustenburg, North West. This is a full-time, permanent position with Orion Hotels & Resorts, a well-known hospitality company in South Africa. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the hotel’s operations and ensure a high standard of guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, staff management, and guest service standards
- Lead a team of employees and handle guest complaints
- Ensure efficient operations of housekeeping, food & beverage, and front desk
- Play a key role in marketing, revenue generation, and financial planning

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a General Manager in the hotel industry
- Relevant qualification in hospitality management (Matric certificate minimum)
- Strong leadership, staff management, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (live-in position)
- Willingness to relocate to Rustenburg
