What the job is: This is a senior leadership position for a Head of Agency at Badger Holdings, based in George, Western Cape. You will lead Honeyguide, an internal marketing agency supporting multiple brands within the group. The role is permanent and requires on-site work with no remote options. Focused on growing the agency as a profitable and scalable business unit.

What you will do: Lead Honeyguide as a standalone business, managing finances, budgets, and performance. Design an operating model covering services, pricing, workflows, and team resourcing. Drive growth through strategic alignment with group goals, expanding services, and reducing duplication. Manage client relationships, ensure creative excellence, and integrate data/AI for improved decision-making. Build and lead a high-performing team, establish governance frameworks, and ensure compliance.

What you need: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. Extensive senior leadership experience in marketing agencies with P&L management. Experience in team-building, operating models, and data-driven marketing. Collaboration with commercial, product, and technology teams is essential.
