This role involves managing stock and supply chain records at the Gauteng Department of Health, specifically at the South Rand District Hospital. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of hospital supplies, updating stock details on tally cards (VA 10, VA11a), and managing voucher files (VA4, VA5, VA6). You will process issue, requisition, and receipt vouchers (VA2, RLS01, RLS02, VA7), conduct stock checks, handle ordering and dispatch of supplies, and ensure compliance with Supply Chain Management System, PPPFA, and PFMA regulations.
