This job is for a Dispatch Controller at H Systems (Pty) Ltd, a company based in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. The role starts in January 2027, after the company’s annual shutdown. Your main job will be to ensure goods are dispatched correctly and on time according to company rules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dispatch operations, ensuring all orders leave the warehouse on time
- Coordinate with freight companies for collection and delivery of orders
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation
- Plan delivery routes and ensure proper packing and loading of goods
- Maintain warehouse organization and assist with loading/unloading operations
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and driver compliance with traffic laws
- Handle all dispatch-related paperwork including proof-of-delivery forms
- Report staffing needs to management
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in dispatch operations
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse or operations environment
- Basic math skills and understanding of ISO standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
