Part of your role will be to listen to customer feedback and report any issues or questions to the right team. You will need to keep records of all your merchandising activities and follow up on calls as part of your daily tasks. If products run out of stock, you will inform your supervisor so they can take action.

What you need: To apply for this internship, you must be between 18 and 28 years old. You should have either an NCV Level 4 Certificate or an N6 Certificate in a relevant field. No prior work experience is required, but you must be eager to learn and adapt to a professional work environment.
