This internship is for a Sales and Merchandising Assistant with Managed People Solutions, a company working with brands in the wine and spirits industry. Located in Bloemfontein, Free State, this opportunity offers real work experience while earning a stipend.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel with Sales Representatives on daily routes to assist with sales activities
- Ensure products are neatly displayed and shelves are well-stocked
- Assist customers, answer questions, and build strong relationships
- Learn sales targets and support team achievements
- Participate in in-store promotions and create appealing displays

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
- Honesty, responsibility, and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and passion for sales, customer service, and merchandising
- Commitment to complete the 12-month full-time program (including December festive season)
