Eskom is looking to fill the position of Senior Manager Business Development in their Gas Business Development department. This role is based in Sunninghill, Gauteng. The job focuses on growing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and developing strategies to serve different customer groups effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts to identify and grow new opportunities
- Develop and manage customer segmentation strategies
- Set standards, policies, and guidelines for customer groups
- Plan and execute marketing and communication strategies
- Monitor and report on customer segment performance
- Manage team and resources in Business Development Gas section

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, B Tech, or Advanced Diploma (NQF Level 7) in Engineering, Commerce, Business Management, or Project Management
- Minimum 10 years of middle management experience in energy sector
- Strong leadership, integrity, and teamwork skills
- Analytical thinking, strategic planning, and communication skills
