This job is for a Maintenance Coordinator based in Roodepoort, Gauteng. You will work for BCE FoodService Equipment, a company that provides equipment and services for the hospitality industry. Your role will involve keeping the company’s buildings and facilities in good working order, ensuring everything runs smoothly for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily maintenance tasks (e.g., repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical systems).
- Respond to emergency repairs (e.g., power failures, broken generators).
- Maintain cleanliness and safety (e.g., floors, ablution facilities, parking areas).
- Create and follow a maintenance plan to prevent issues.
- Track tools, equipment, and inventory.
- Adhere to OHS Act and ISO 9001 standards.

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) as minimum education (technical Matric/qualification preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in repairs, building maintenance, or similar roles.
- Practical skills in basic repairs, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license.
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
