Dis-Chem Pharmacies is looking for a qualified Pharmacist Assistant (Post Basic Qualified) to work at their store in Mokala Mall, Kuruman, in the Northern Cape. This is a permanent position where you will help pharmacists with dispensing medications, assist customers, and ensure medicines are handled safely and correctly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists with dispensing medicines, reading prescriptions, and verifying patient details
- Provide customer service at the dispensary, self-medication counter, and front shop
- Manage stock control, process medical aid claims, and maintain pharmacy records
- Conduct bi-annual stock checks and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Use computer systems (Unisolv, SAP, E-Scripting) for prescription and stock management

Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate and Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant qualification
- Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)
- Experience in retail or FMCG operations preferred
- Knowledge of SAP, E-Scripting, and Unisolv systems
- Ability to work retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Valid driver’s license and clear criminal/credit records
