This job is for a Store Manager at Yogiberry Woodburn, a new store opening in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. You will be part of the launch team for this exciting new business, helping to build a strong store culture from the start. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring food quality meets company standards, managing stock, handling customer complaints, and increasing sales and profits. You will manage staff, create work schedules, handle discipline, ensure health and safety rules are followed, and conduct marketing activities. Training and developing your team, holding regular meetings, and evaluating staff performance are also key responsibilities.

Requirements include at least three years of experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment, strong management and organizational skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Knowledge of GAAP is a plus.
