This job is for a Training Manager at Pedros Chicken, a company in the food and beverage industry. You will be based in Centurion, Gauteng, and will play a key role in improving training programs across the business. The position is permanent, full-time with long-term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and improve training programs for multiple stores
- Design new training methods and assess employee understanding practically
- Mentor and coach staff for professional growth
- Manage training teams, including new managers and internal talent development
- Support new store openings with staff training

Requirements:
- Minimum Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Experience in training and teaching others
- Understanding of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations, including sales, costs, and profits
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems, especially MICROS
- Financial skills (e.g., calculating Cost of Sales and Gross Profit)
