This job is for a Raw Materials Supervisor at a busy warehouse in Germiston, Gauteng. You will manage the storage and distribution of raw materials in a fast-paced environment. The role starts in January 2027 and requires someone who can handle multiple tasks while maintaining organization and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify stock against invoices/delivery slips before storage
- Daily stock level checks and recounts to prevent errors
- Issue stock to departments with precision, avoiding shortages or excess
- Supervise a team of four storemen, ensuring productivity and efficiency
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and proper stock bin organization
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock levels

Requirements:
- Matric certificate (minimum educational qualification)
- Valid forklift license (up to 3.5 tons) or willingness to be tested during interview
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work overtime when required (occasional)
- Basic office skills including Microsoft Word/Excel and company stock-tracking software
- Container offloading experience is advantageous
