We are looking for a Retail Shop Assistant to work in our tools and machinery store at Aeroton in Johannesburg South. This is a permanent position where you will help customers, manage products, and keep the store running smoothly. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers with product inquiries and guide them to the right items.
- Maintain store organization, including stock checks, restocking, and display management.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with the team on stocktaking and store preparation.
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.

**Requirements:**
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Retail or customer service experience (tools/hardware preferred).
- Strong communication and basic math skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Inventory management experience is a plus.
