This job is for a Community Operations Manager based in George, Western Cape. You will work for Fidelity Services Group, specifically in the Fidelity ADT Western Cape team. The role focuses on managing security operations, building relationships with law enforcement, and reducing crime in the area through proactive strategies.

What you will do:
- Train armed response and LSS officers to shift from reactive to proactive crime prevention
- Build strong relationships with SAPS (including sector members, commanders, and CPF members)
- Analyze crime trends and plan special operations
- Ensure quick customer service responses and compile monthly reports
- Develop training programs, manage daily operations, and handle logistics like firearms and vehicles
- Improve client perception and ensure proper documentation

What you need:
- Matric qualification
- Valid driver's license
- PSIRA Registered Grade B
- Valid firearm competency certificate (handgun)
- 3-5 years management experience in security
- Strong understanding of proactive security strategies
