This job is for a Material Planner at Aspen Pharma Group, a company in the pharmaceutical industry. The role is based in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. You will be responsible for ensuring the right materials are available at the right time to keep production running smoothly. Key responsibilities include planning and tracking materials, managing stock levels, creating purchase orders, coordinating with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, and suppliers, and maintaining accurate SAP system records. Reports on stock levels, shortages, and supplier performance will be prepared, and compliance with company rules and financial controls will be ensured. Support for audits, budgeting, and supply chain improvements is also required.
