This job is for a CCTV and Alarm Technician working in Cape Town, Western Cape. You will be part of the Fidelity ADT team, specializing in alarm systems, CCTV, and related services. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and fixing security systems for customers. You will install alarm systems as per customer quotes, provide on-site quotes for additional equipment, and collect customer codes before starting jobs. Post-installation tasks include handovers, invoicing, job cards, and feedback to management. Additional duties involve downloading job details daily, stock management, vehicle maintenance, and standby shifts when required.

Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent, 5 years of experience as an alarm technician, strong skills in programming, wiring, installing, and troubleshooting alarm systems, valid driver’s license, PSIRA registration (Grade C), and knowledge of alarm brands like DSC, FBI, CADDX, IDS, and Paradox. Experience with CCTV, intercom, and access control systems is advantageous.
