Cape Union Mart International is looking for a Footwear Designer to join their design team in Cape Town, Western Cape. This role focuses on creating and developing the K-Way footwear range. The designer will work closely with buying, quality assurance, and suppliers to ensure the products meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new footwear collections for each season
- Research customer preferences and market trends
- Create designs aligned with brand style and standards
- Develop technical specifications and collaborate with suppliers
- Prepare presentations and reviews for seasonal footwear ranges

Requirements:
- Design-related qualification (not strictly required)
- 4-5 years of experience in footwear or product design
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of footwear production processes
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
