What the job is:
This job is for a Project Development Technologist who will work with Cape Herb & Spice, a global food and spice manufacturer. The role is based in Westlake (moving to Montague Gardens in May 2027) and focuses on creating innovative food products like sauces, condiments, and special grocery items.

What you will do:
- Develop new product ideas and recipes for grocery items
- Manage projects from concept to final product launch
- Ensure products meet quality and cost standards
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and teams
- Plan timelines, track progress, and solve problems
- Handle packaging development, factory testing, and production

What you need:
- Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, or Consumer Science
- 2-5 years of product development experience (food/grocery industry preferred)
- Project management experience and Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
