Raizcorp is looking for a skilled business professional to join as a Business Growth Coach. This role is based in Kariega or Uitenhage, in the Eastern Cape. You will work full-time to help entrepreneurs improve their businesses by guiding them in strategy, sales, marketing, finance, and personal development. This is not a consulting job where you do the work for them—you will teach them how to do it themselves through structured coaching and support.

What you will do:
- Hold one-on-one coaching sessions with entrepreneurs to help them understand and improve their business.
- Run business simulations and group learning activities to build their skills and improve their results.
- Manage a group of entrepreneurs, tracking their business growth over time in terms of revenue and profits.
- Help entrepreneurs make smart decisions by connecting different parts of their business (strategy, sales, marketing, finance).
- Stay updated on economic changes and regulations affecting small businesses and share this knowledge.
- Collaborate with other coaches to support entrepreneurs.

What you need:
- 10 to 15 years of business experience, including running your own business.
- Strong knowledge of strategy, sales, marketing, and finance.
- Ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
- Empathy and understanding of entrepreneurs' challenges.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and reliable.
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and learner management systems.
- Degree in commerce or related field (MBA/master’s preferred).
- Own car and valid driver’s license.

What you will get:
- Salary between R360,000 and R540,000 per year.
