This is a full-time position for a Toolroom Team Leader at MA Automotive Tool and Die (PTY) Ltd, located in East London, Eastern Cape. The company specializes in manufacturing tools and dies for the automotive industry. You will be responsible for leading a team to ensure tools are made, maintained, and ready for production on time.

As the Toolroom Team Leader, your main job will be to oversee the team and ensure tool manufacturing and maintenance meet company needs. Responsibilities include supervising team members, planning shop floor operations, managing tool maintenance, and ensuring quality standards and customer requirements are followed. You will set clear goals for toolmakers and handle shop floor issues professionally.

Requirements include at least a Diploma (NQF Level 4) or Certificate (NQF Level 5) in a related field, with 5+ years of experience as a toolmaker in the automotive industry. Strong technical knowledge, production planning, and quality control skills are essential.
