This is a full-time position for a Toolroom Team Leader at MA Automotive Tool and Die (PTY) Ltd, located in East London, Eastern Cape. The role involves leading a team to ensure tools are made, maintained, and ready for production as needed by the company. As the Toolroom Team Leader, you will supervise your team to ensure they work efficiently and meet production needs. You will organize the workshop to ensure tools are ready when production requires them, including planning for preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and tool readiness. Your tasks will also include ensuring all tool manufacturing and repair documents are completed accurately and on time. You will oversee the team to meet production targets and ensure all quality standards and customer requirements are followed at all times. This includes managing toolmakers’ goals, tracking production planning, and ensuring the team follows quality control procedures.
