Responsibilities include selling tickets and food, preparing popcorn and drinks, assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness, updating promotional materials, and assisting with shift preparations. Must present professionally, wear the correct uniform, and submit health and safety reports on time. Basic computer skills and knowledge of cinema systems (VISTA or MYCC) are helpful. Requires Matric as minimum qualification. Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and customer service skills are essential. Full-time position with experience in customer service, operations, and teamwork in a fun environment.
