What you will do: As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for designing, documenting, and improving the company’s operational processes across forex, arbitrage, and new investment products. You will work closely with Operations, Compliance, Technology, Account Managers, Investment Managers, and external partners to ensure smooth workflows. Your key duties will include owning the design and upkeep of core processes like Bank of Portugal (BOP) processing, AIT applications, client onboarding, and transaction processing. You will ensure these processes meet banking partner requirements, regulatory obligations, and internal standards.
