We are looking for a Neonatal Unit Manager to lead the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) at one of our hospitals. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, improving patient outcomes, and coordinating with hospital departments. Candidates must have a strong background in neonatal care, preferably with leadership experience, and a relevant qualification such as a Bachelor’s or Honours degree in Nursing, Midwifery, or a related healthcare field. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
