This is a temporary waiter position at Faircape Restaurant and Catering, part of the Faircape Life retirement villages group. The job is based at Bridgewater Manor in Somerset West, Western Cape. You will fill in for maternity leave and work in a team serving meals to residents and patients across six healthcare centers in the Western Cape.

**Responsibilities:**
- Serve food and drinks professionally to guests and residents
- Change table linen and maintain cleanliness of condiment sets
- Set tables according to restaurant standards
- Maintain high hygiene standards
- Assist with stock checks, bar restocking, and bill accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints

**Requirements:**
- Experience as a waiter (preferably in healthcare/hospitality)
- Barista experience is a plus
- Knowledge of serving etiquette and basic wine knowledge
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Clear health, criminal, and credit records
- Contactable references
- Mid-level hospitality experience
