We are looking for a Senior Concrete Foreman to lead concrete work on construction projects in Manzini, Eswatini. Stefanutti Stocks, a construction company, needs someone with experience to manage teams, ensure quality, and keep projects on track. This is a contract role for 12 months, where the right candidate will oversee concrete work to meet standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all concrete-related activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Lead and guide a team of workers, maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan schedules and resources.
- Maintain detailed records of daily work, including progress reports and material usage.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in concrete work and team management in construction.
- Strong knowledge of concrete materials, mixing, and technical specifications.
- Leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with construction safety rules and blueprints.
- Experience with project management tools is a plus.
